Yes, we do need to try to stay up to date, I agree. There was a teacher at one of my schools who refused to use a computer. He would type his handouts on the last typewriter I have seen, and he just refused to change.
I always thought he must have had a terrible experience on a computer at some point, or maybe someone must have made him feel bad about something he did wrong on a computer. I think we need to all remember we are new to ever changing technology. Even if I am good with one program, new ones keep coming at us. We should remember this, and when we help new people we must remain patient and remember how hard it can be.
